Everyone but the citizens of the host country! The Brits are livid about the Olympics being held in London... while the country just passed a new budget that calls for large-scale cutbacks on social/civil services... Not a pretty scene at all. Additionally, the city is simply not prepared to deal with the mob scene... The infrastructure is just not able to effectively accommodate the Olympics... The people are pissssssed!

Interesting. I thought London's infrastructure was solid for the most part.
