Ohno advances in bid for seventh medal (AP)

Apolo Anton Ohno has advanced through the quarterfinals of the 1,000-meter short track, moving him closer to breaking a tie with Bonnie Blair as the winningest U.S. Winter Olympian. Ohno, who has six career medals including a silver in the 1,500 from these games, was third through much of the nine-lap race on Saturday night.
