Two thing I took from the CBS story:

"If I do decide to come here, it would have the stadium and this city in a frenzy," Smith said.

and

"I think you absolutely have to believe that the organization is heading into the right direction," Smith said.

Definitely agree that these are telling items in the story.....Let's hope this gets done soon and we don't have problems with his agent Parker!!!!!!!!!!
