OK, Whats Going On?

The forums are being moved or some added I guess, Now the New post icons are different.. Its like I dont even know this place anymore..

Well, I think I f-ed up doing an upgrade...I overwrote some images I guess.

What images are different?

when you go to the main forums page (http://www.arizonasportsfans.com/vb/index.php), the little icons on the left side (forum contains new posts & forum does not contain new posts) are different...bigger & kinda annoying.

What about the images inside the forums? The threads? Are those wrong too? Should they look like this?
