Dude has a violent gene. His "indiscretions" seem to include bodily harm to others. That is not like weed or ped s.

Aldon Smith turned himself into SF police today and was booked on domestic violence-related charges. He’s now being held on $30,000 bond on misdemeanor charges of willful infliction of corporal injury, assault with force likely to produce injury, false imprisonment and vandalism.

I guess not....

He showed up at the sheriff’s department Friday evening to be fitted for the monitors, but he was extremely intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.40, Assistant District Attorney Courtney Burris said at a brief court hearing Wednesday.

While at the sheriff’s department, Smith’s blood alcohol content actually rose to .41, Burris said. He was immediately taken into custody for violating a court order. He remains in custody on $500,000 bail.

Hopefully that is a .04 .40 would be dead
Not necessarily dead. Snookered to say the least but not dead. There have been cases where someone's BAC did reach over 1.0. I can tell you from experience that it's possible to attain a BAC of .40 and still be conscious.

You know it's bad when your BAC is more than double your Wondelic. Hope this guy gets help. What a promising career turned to crap by 28. SMH.
