Mike Stoops is about as involved with the offense as Dirk Koetter or Steve Spurrier is with their defenses, because he has about as much experience in such as you or I do. The blame first falls on Mike Canales, the OC, but ultimately goes to Stoops because he hired the guy.
But you're right someone does need to be shot. If this garbage with UA's offense continues, their offensive coordinator better update that resume. Because under his watch, Arizona has become a worse offense. Under Canales their turnovers are up, Mike Bell has gone from a candidate to lead the conference in rushing to a mediocre back, playcalling has cost us two wins, and there seems to be an overall sense of disorganization compunded with mediocre play.
