I bought a hooded sweatshirt that looks just like that on e-bay. Good stuff!

I got one with 1947 champs printed on it. I enjoy collecting cardinal stuff in all four names. If I put my favoririte To collect in order it would look like this.
1. St. Louis Cardinals
2. Chicago Cardinals
3. Arizona Cardinals
4 Phoenix Cardinals
Is that how all you other collecters see it? Of course Arizona cardinals Stuff is the easy to find.

Does anybody know if any companies make St. Louis Football Cardinal stuff? If so do you have a link?

Email the seller. I'm sure it's just a silk-screener selling his crap on ebay. He'll make more....

Man I thought I was going to be the only one with these shirts come next year. Mine says "1947 World Champions" though.

You guys concern me a little bit sometimes, especially with comments like this. And seriously, were any of you even alive in the 40s? I guess I just don't get it.

he was joking - gnomad.

I just know that there are several fans here that actually rooted for the team when they were back in Chicago or their parents did.

That's why I posted this link.

Unfortunately, back then, there wasn't alot of merchandise widely available like there is now.

I grew up being a Houston Oilers fan. Even when they moved to Tennessee, I still rooted for them as the only other team I would be interested in. (Cards #1, Oilers #2 - rest of the league #4, Dallas #32) But when they changed to the Titans - all ties were severed from my standpoint.

Anyways, I didn't collect much Oilers stuff. But now, I can just go onto Ebay or something and buy one - no problem.

That isn't the case with the Chi Cards. - It's alot of nostalgia for some fans.

It's all good.

Okay who else needs a hug?

yeah, and i was mocking ... It's kind of funny to me. I bet there are a few of you that WOULD purchase this shirt just to say "hey, we were awesome 50 years ago! that's all that matters!"

remember, i'm a converting new fan. I love the sport far more than any one team. this intense loyalty is still quite foreign to me.
