David Ortiz says he ''might run out of money'' if baseball enforces the new pace-of-play rule requiring hitters to keep at least one foot in the batter's box. As part of the initiative agreed to by Major League Baseball and the players' assiociation, MLB will post stadium clocks to limit the times of pitching changes and between-inning breaks and no longer will require managers to leave the dugout to request video reviews.
