A person familiar with the deal says Dan Duquette has signed a three-year contract to become the Baltimore Orioles' president of baseball operations. The person, who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the Orioles haven't announced the deal, says Duquette signed the contract Sunday.
