How much would it take to sign him? What did he make last year? I know he can't score or really move for that matter, but he could lean against Shaq, get a few boards, get a few blocks, before fouling out!

Ostertag is 7'2 280 rebounds very well, is a decent defender, rebounds well...

He would be very nice center to play against the big centers while McDyess plays against the others.

For the right price I would be all for Ostertag.

Please no Ostertag. I thought the Suns made that decision many years ago when they chose Mario Bennett in the NBA Draft instead of Ostertag (I hope my memory serves me correct).

The Suns, as I recall, wanted a more athletic big man. I do not consider Ostertag that much better than an older Big Jake. I would much rather have Foyle or a younger player with some upside.

Doesn't he have just one kidney? I don't know if that effects your endurance or longetivity in this league but he has to be somewhat of a factor. He has bad hands, is slow, and never scores. He is big and can block a shot or two. He might be the guy you sign late in free agency.
