COL deals Tulo & Hawkins to TOR for Reyes, Hoffman & 2 other P's. I thought they could have got more than that for Tulo but maybe they aren't kicking in cash?

Toronto won that deal IMO. Much like ours, Toronto's best pitching prospects weren't anything special. I'm sure they'll DH Tulo for the final 2-3 years of that contract.

With what????? Their farm is weak. I mean I swear maybe having a weak farm is a blessing because you can offer a bunch of dudes in attempt to steal a guy if there's no better offer on table.

Then why trade him? They could have received comp picks if he signs elsewhere. ARZ should have offered some low level guys, see how far Price could take them. Can TOR give him a tender and collect comp picks or not since he was dealt mid season?
