So, apparently this story gets stupider.

He thought he would test positive for weed but the league no longer suspends for it. The 5 games is for the bribe but the league decided to make it a 2 game suspension. Collins appealed, despite the league's leniency, and the arbitrator chose to not only deny the appeal but restore it to 5 games.
