Wiated two years
Is sueing, but never reported it to the police
Drugged her at his house and friend took her home
Claims they let her leave, but then broke into her house
Was all drugged up and does not remember anything other than vivid details of the rape itself

Oh and soemone pointed out, Derrick was still in full rehab mode from ACL surgery at the time. Sorry, I am usually for letting the facts come out, but this one screams of a money grab.

And yet his defamation case was thrown out and a grand jury says go ahead. Must be more.

On the surface it sounds like she started telling stories about drose raping her. He heard about it and sued for defamation. Then instead of admitting it was a lie, she doubled down.
