A celebration of the opening of the new Chicago Cubs stadium and Mesa Riverview Park.

- Free fishing with Arizona Game & Fish

- Trolley or walking tours around the entire Chicago Cubs training complex & Riverview Park

- Photo opportunities inside Cubs Park

- Family fun and games

- Zip line and tethered hot air balloon rides

- Live music, featuring Rock Lobster and Georgia Chrome on the main stage

- Baseball card show

- 5:45 PM dedication ceremony

Also - tailgating lot opens at noon. Get a feel for tailgating before a game, and enjoy corn hole and ladder golf games. $10 per vehicle (cash only). Proceeds benefit local youth sports via Mesa Hohokams

Had a blast. Nice ballpark and they did a great job on Riverview Park as well. Major improvement for the area compared to the old golf course and the previous park. Looking forward to seeing games and other events at the stadium and spending time at the park.
