Where does the Reich love come from? Ballard has built a playoff team and told Reich to choose a QB. He pounded the table for Wentz & Foles. He choose Rivers over Brady. Brought in Ryan as the guy.

I'd say he limited a win window for that team.

Idk man, I just can’t buy this.

This is a poorly constructed team. We have no game-changers on the offensive line, we have no game-changers on the defensive line. We have little to no depth at basically every positional group. Kyler is playing poorly & I’m not going absolve that at all, but this roster is straight up laughable in a good bit of areas. Analysts even acknowledges this. You look at a NFL Mock Draft & the first few sentences you’ll most likely see during our selection will be: “The Cardinals have a lot of needs, but” “Arizona could go anywhere here. This is a team with a good amount of holes”.

Nothing grinds my gears more right now than seeing a team like the Jets, where Zach Wilson has been damn near atrocious, have a 6-3 record with a monster win over SB favorites, the Buffalo Bills. That is a well-built roster. This roster ain’t close to that.
Your first 2 sentences say it all. Impossible to be even an average team when you suck in the trenches on both sides of the ball. And because of poor line play, it’s impossible for this team to play complementary football. When the offense creates any kind of momentum after a score, the defense lets teams march the length of the field in like 14 plays to steal back the momentum. And conversely, when the D does make a stop, the offense doesn’t do anything to put the momentum back on our side. Not playing complementary football happens for 2 reasons: awful line play & awful coaching.

I got all excited while waiting in line my FB feed said we'd fired Kliff and hired Kellen Moore. But I knew there was no way you could hire an OC off someone else's team midseason like that, and I'm not saying I want Moore. So I figured it had to be fake and after reading the comments it was clear it was a I wish story not a real story.

The general feeling is if the team doesn't win 2 of the next 3 games Kliff is gone at the bye week. The way we're playing now I don't see us having a chance against SF or the Chargers their run games are too good, and the Rams own Kliff.

This year it is more about the conference than anything. Our roster is comparable to the Seahawks, Falcons, and Commanders. Both Falcons and Commanders have one more win than we currently do.

Reich getting Cardinals coaching position is not out of the realm in 2023.

He wanted Wentz and had Wentz with 27 TDs and 7 Ints...that's a big win. However the owner wanted Wentz gone at all costs, so enter Matt Ryan and he looked bad. If they had kept Wentz, their season is likely no worse than last year.

Doug Pederson will pay him big money to be his 2nd in command. Jax is my guess.

It might actually be the only factor. Maybe you'd like a better best offensive lineman than D.J. Humphries and a better running back than James Connor, but in reality I firmly believe this roster is good enough to be In the Hunt. QB play is holding it back.

So, you are in a situation where Kyler has to be okay with the hire (or of the primary offensive person), the hire has to be okay with Kyler, but Kyler doesn't have (or think he has) a veto over the ultimate choice (although you've effectively let him fire Kliff after one season).

It's a wild situation that Michael Bidwill has placed himself (and all of us fans) in.
I do NOT factor kyler into the decision making process. He hasnt earned it.

We need a new HC first and for most, probably a new GM but I'm not seeing Bidwill doing that. Kyler seemed to be one of the best young QB (even thought we all saw his unrevalings).

Probably Kliff and the whole coaching staff had his last season. Than Keim will have another HC and draft and with that HC his tenure should finish or florish depending on the HC and how he does.

But it will be Bidwill way, and that is no firing during the season and so on. The contract given this year were horrible and will haunt us. And I don't see how Kyler will improve if he isn't able to play under center, footwork and progress his play reading or progress in study technique. Overall Kyler has talent, but he has his big flaws and he seems not willing to invest in thoose. The body is just one part of the game. as a QB most of the time not the one that is the most important one. Brady shows that.
