I know is only Monday but I thought I'd have some fun and try to predict how these playoffs will shake out.

NFC

Green Bay Packers @ Philadelphia Eagles-A repeat of week 1 when the Pack beat Philly in Philly 27-20. This one is a tough call. The Packers' offense has been sputtering hasn't been firing on all cylinders lately, except for the Giants game and the Eagles with Vick have been explosive. But GB has a decent defense. But the Eagles' defense, who can be stifling at times, gives up a lot of points. They average almost 24 PPG given up and if the Packers' offense gets back into form, it could be a long day for the Eagles. The one intangible is that the Eagles are extremely tough at home but only went 4-4 this season. I see the Pack being too much for the Eagles to overcome. My Pick: Packers 27-17

New Orleans Saints @ Seattle Seahawks-The defending SB champs vs. the first team to make the playoffs with a losing record. This one will not be pretty. Like last season, I see the Saints turning on another gear in the playoffs and Seattle, with or without Hasselbeck, are toast. No need to expound any further on this one. My Pick: Saints 35-14

AFC

New York Jets @ Indianapolis Colts-A rematch of last years AFC Championship game. The Jets have a stifling defense. But offensively, ugh. The Colts were able to overcome the SB loser jinx and make the playoffs(2nd year in a row this happened, our Cards being the team last year) but they have been less than stellar this season. They are playing at home but for some reason I see the Jets pulling the upset. My Pick: Jets 24-20

Baltimore Ravens vs. Kansas City Chiefs-The Chiefs are one of the surprise teams this year. Went from 4-12 to a division championship. The Ravens are the Ravens. Always in contention. But they're an enigma. They don't dazzle you with offense and don't dazzle you with defense. They just beat you. The Chiefs, on the other hand, are tough to figure as well. Mediocre passing game but excellent running game. And their defense isn't anything great either but they get the job one. But the Ravens are just too tough and are my dark horse for coming out of the AFC. They win this game rather easily. My Pick: 28-14

Welp, there you have it. Take it for what it's worth. Road teams rule this weekend.
