That explains the big trade they thought they were getting multiple players not just Walker.

Why didn't we get Hershel? It would have been like having 4 players, but only having to pay one.

That explains why he autographed one of my cards as 'Herschel' and the other as 'Mayor McCheese'

In all seriousness it makes sense to me now.

Anyone whomever saw Herschel Walker's physique new damn well he was a weight room fanatic. However he claimed he NEVER touched a weight a day in his life. He says the only thing he ever did was push-ups and sit-ups in some ungodly # per day like 2000 sit-ups and 4000 push-ups.

It is physically impossible to get the chest, abs, legs, calves etc.... that this guy had by just doing the aforementioned exercises. He stated that his balet helped to

Its all clear to me now. It wasnt Herschel Walker in the weight room. It was one of his other personalities. SO he truly never believed he lifted weights.

I don't know the validity of these statements. I seem to recall Howie Long not lifting weights, of course I could be wrong.

I did watch a prison documentary on the Discovery channel and this latino guy got absolutely cut by doing thousands of pushups in his cell everyday. He wasn't bodybuilder big, but he was close

Not to be Debbie Downer, but I know someone with this condition, and it's very serious. It tears families apart, and as you can tell by his story, can be pretty damn dangerous. It strikes me as odd that guys with mental health issues (Ricky Williams, the Raiders center that disappeared before the Superbowl, etc.) aren't spotted sooner in their careers and helped more. These things are easily treatable with the proper counseling and medication.

No he wasnt. Ryan you may believe it but no way in hell he got tree trunk legs and biceps like that by doing sit-ups and push ups. Not humanly possible.
