Well done! It's an expensive ticket. Are you going, or going to cash in?

Why would any Cardinals fan want to go watch the Seahawks-Patriots in the Super Bowl?

I don't get it.

Reselling it would be a great idea though.

Unless you're rich or your team's in the game, I can't see how anyone would choose to pay so much money to go. You're making the right choice, IMO.

I saw the Cards in Tampa and XXX @ Sun Devil, so I've had the experience, now would only pay to see the Cards again.

I just got the email saying we did not get chosen. I'll be curious what you will be able to sell them for this year. It seems like demand always ends up lower than anticipated sometimes.

Yeah I'm curious too. Just checked ebay and upper deck pairs are selling, completed auctions, for $4000+ a pair

Then I'd cash it in or give it to my nephew (uncle, brother, friend etc).

I know people who went to last year's Super Bowl and HATED it. The weather was terrible and the game itself was even worse.

To this day they regret spending the big money on the tickets instead of sitting in a warm home and watching it with family and friends.

My seats will be S452 R3. And when you add in a parking pass in the Green lot, the total reaches $1817. And yes, I've been to two Super Bowls (XX in 1988 in San Diego and, of course, XLIII in Tampa), but there are only so many Super Bowls a fan gets to attend in a lifetime.

I'll be wearing red, and I'll be rooting for the Patriots because I hate them less than I hate the Seahawks. I'm psyched!

Lame, you would think the cards would have decent lower level seats for season ticket holders.
Most of the lower level is reserved for the corporate sponsors, players, NFL people. The true fans usually get the shaft on tix.

The Cards only had 3500, i think, being the host team. The organization & players get most. Whatever is left gets dropped in a lottery.

For the game in Tampa I got tickets in the "Cardinals player/family section. I sat next to Jim Os Mother and Sister. I paid $3800 for the tickets, we were lower bowl (about 20 rows off the field) right on the goal line.

Unfortunately, we ended up selling our tickets for the Tampa game due to financial reason but I remember that I did not get anywhere near what I thought I would.
