so pedro has a torn calf muscle now. bye bye mets. geeze, who is coming out of the NL this year now??? ill pick the astros now, if they make it to the postseason that is.

It is looking like the World Series champ is coming out of the American League again. With Pedro, the Mets had a shot. The Yankees and A's look like the favorites to win it all.

Astros, if they make it, would be the NL favorite.

A's to me have the best AL pitching, although Minnesota has a good top of the rotation.

I can't pin point an exact reason why, but for some reason I think the Dodgers are a sleeping duck that's ready to shock some people.

For some reason, I see them making some noise in October, unless Grady Gump... Errr.. Forest Little... Err damn.. Grady Little doesn't micro manage them in to the ground.
