Does anyone know if there has ever been a Quadruple Double recorded in NBA history? If so, who did it and when was it?

I don't know how many have been done in nba history but I know david robinson and hakeem olajuwon had one each in their prime.

I watched a game in 1993 or so when a young Derrick Coleman almost had a quadruple double. At that point, people thought he would be something along the lines of Barkley with great defense, i.e. the best PF ever.
