Wow, he's hurt right now and he's not nearly as good as he used to be but he's still a good pass rusher, 4.5 sacks this year so for low round picks a pretty good move for the Rams.

dang! Hate to see him go to the Rams.

Only thing that might have worked for us is moving Golden to the line and having Miller play the OLB. But Golden is having a great season, so maybe best not to mess with him.

I think we need to make a D-Line and maybe a secondary move. Both of those things seem like areas where an injury will have us wishing we had better depth.

Is Geno Atkins completely washed? He was so good for so long, and is still on the street. It seems strange he has absolutely nothing left in the tank

Like it’s been said he’s not as good as he used to be but with all that help on that line he doesn’t need to be a one man show anymore.

Great move by them that came out of nowhere

Ball is in your court Cardinals

All I can is that I’m glad we played & beat them once already.

Real tough luck for SF.

How does that work salary cap wise? Miller has a cap hit of around 18 Mio. for the season, Rams only have 5 Mio. left. That's really one aspect of the NFL that I am never gonna fully understand...

It seems like moves can be made at any time to free up space. IMO the only thing that seems to be bad about the cap is "Dead Money"...where you are shelling out money to guys not on your roster.

NFC West sucks

But also this isn't a huge deal. Von Miller isn't who he used to be. He's oft injured and has averaged 0.5 sacks a game the last 2 years he's played. He hasn't been good since 2018.

It makes the Ram's better for sure, but it's not a tipping point.

This probably sets the market for Fletcher Cox. Even the the Eagles would be eating multiple years of hefty dead money instead of 1.

Im sure people could say the same about JJ Watt. Your post reads exactly like that what people said of the Watt deal. Even down to the last great year being 2018.

And he still has an 85.6 on PFF this year.

As long as Kyler is healthy and Kliff doesnt forget that the Rams can be run on with our RBs we should be ok though.
