what are the details on the draft picks the suns would aquire in the hawks trade. i keep hearing that they are lottery protected but from what gambo and ash reported yesterday the one pick (hawks pick, not the aquired pick) is only lottery protected in the next draft (which means we wont get it because the hawks aren't making the playoofs next season) then its open in which case if the hawks still suck in two years and they probably will, we could be looking at a top 5ish pick in '07 and the aquired pick in '06, i think from the celtics/lakers deal which sould be in the middle of the first round next year.
jj for diaw(who cares about him) a mid first rounder in '06 and a top 10 pick in '07 and a HUGE salary cap break that keeps the team together sounds good to me. not to mention we get rid of a guy that would rather play for money that championships
