What's a good way to enter flights in Outlook when you are flying through multiple time zones? Or is there a good way?

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking Krep?

This article might cover it, but not sure if it answers your question.

Is the computer going to travel too? If so you can adjust the clock the current time and outlook will adjust itself

Outlook Time Zones

Thanks for the link. I'll have to read it closer later.

Basically, I have a long vacation coming up with lots of weird flights. For example, I am leaving X at 9AM and arriving in Y one hour later at 8AM. So I want to be able to say that I will be leaving and arriving at certain times, but in different time zones. I don't think Outlook has a good way of dealing with that. :(

Are you using an Exchange Server? You can also just change the time on your laptop.

Kind of. I'm taking my Pocket PC. All the flight arrivals and departures are in local time, so would I have to switch to that time zone in Outlook before I enter the flights?

It probably won't be a big deal. I should be able to figure out what flights to get on, but I wish there was a better way to do this.

Enter everything in local time.... then switch to the local time where ever you are and the flight times should be correct
