Ads will only be in the corners like above. Ads will not be on jerseys sold retail. So, what will happen is that jerseys with the ads will be hot, hot commodities on the collector market because they are actual player jerseys.

I hate ads on jerseys, but at least its small logos. I imagine that will change quickly though. The camel has his nose in the tent.

Someone could make some money on ebay selling illegal iron on sponsor patches.

Oh happy day. I wonder if there is going to be restrictions? I mean some company logos include their full names. I wonder in that case if it's too large they would need to come up with an alternative?

It was only a matter of time WNBA already does it I believe. International leagues do it as well. I wonder how long it will take football and baseball to follow.

I wonder how many teams won't do it. Celtics, Lakers and maybe Knicks/Bulls. Who am I kidding, the Bulls will probably be the first, Jerry loves money.
