Not embarrassing. Yeah, we played poorly in the first half. Yeah, I am super pissed that AJ Green didn't turn his head around. Yeah, I wanted to be 8-0. There are many plays that you can point to that say "WTF?" But we lost to a 6-1 team on a short week with a bunch of injuries. We fought back, stopped them at the one, ran down the field for almost 99 yards, and lost by 3.

Do you guys not remember the REALLY bad years?
Jersey, when your team gets better you have to change your standards. Measuring your expectations by comparing to losing years is for . . . well, people who don’t believe they have a right to expect more. Let’s have more self respect.

I know he couldn’t care less, but I don’t think I’ll ever forgive aj green
There are literally no excuses. That was the play call, that was the matchup they wanted. The call is to you and you don’t even turn around???????????? Kliff confirmed that was the play they wanted after the game.

Green did turn to look for the ball. He turned while the RB player was juggling it in the endzone, which gave him no chance to break up the INT. It was pretty perfect.

Obviously something went wrong. I'll go back and watch the play again, but I know GB blitzed. It looked like the oline was pass blocking, but I'll have to watch the other WRs to see if they were running routes, or acting like it was a run too.

The simplest explanation is that Green misheard the play call. Kind of fluke-y way to lose a game, but not the end of the world.
Going forward, I'm way, way, way more worried about the run defense than I am AJ Green. This team isn't winning poop giving up five yards a carry.

At this point, it should be obvious we’re a much better road team than home team. All of our tightly-contested games been at home while the blowouts have been on the road. I’m fairly confident beating GB in Lambeau than I am beating them at home in a rematch.
In the winter? In snow? That’s suboptimal.

Tackling was bad nearly the entire game, yet we forget about that because of the one big missed play at the end. There is plenty of blame to go around on this loss, but is that really productive? Rest, regroup, and beat the 49ers.

So kliff confirms: that was absolutely intended to be a pass to aj
There was no doubt. Really frustrating loss but not awful. Awful ending. Overcame a lot. Vance played his bend don't break defense which was ok but limited our possessions. Losing Hop early was tough. Obviously Jones needs better players around him to not be a liability. Frustrating loss. Such an awful way to end the game. Kyler put together a hell of a final drive. Learned who not to throw to in pressure situations.

You just can’t have communication issues coming out of a timeout with the game on the line. There was at least one WR on the other side (I think Hopkins) confused pre-snap. Just can’t happen.

Seriously ridiculous. The guy has already surpassed Fitz production of 2020 in 7 games. And has 2 more TDs. Fitz was completely washed. regardless of that boneheaded play he’s a better player then Fitz at this point and it’s clear as day.
Fitz would have caught that pass and won the game. Yes Green has played well but with DHop out Fitz would have clearly been at least the second best receiver on the field. How you can say Fitz is washed up I can’t even comprehend that remark. Yes he has lost a step but still has the best hands the NFL has ever seen. He would still be on par with AJ Green if he was playing.

Cool. I'd like to know exactly what happened though. Why did Green not get the correct information? Did Kyler mumble the play call? Did Green hear the play call clearly, but misinterpret it? Did anybody else not know what was going on?

Almost no time left, high pressure, game hanging in the balance, and then something goes wrong, specifically on offense. I've seen this movie before.
