The Green Bay Packers are hosting Colorado State wide receiver Tory Horton on a pre-draft visit in Green Bay on Wednesday. Horton posted a video from inside Lambeau Field on his official Instagram account.

Teams are allowed to host up to 30 prospects on official visits ahead of the 2025 NFL draft.

Horton (6-2, 196) caught 265 passes for 3,615 yards and 27 touchdowns across 51 games, 37 starts and five collegiate seasons. A Nevada transfer, Horton spent his final three seasons at Colorado State, where he ended up as the No. 2 player in school history for receiving yards and a two-time All-Mountain West pick.

Horton caught at least 70 passes -- including 96 in 2023 -- and had over 1,000 receiving yards in both 2022 and 2023. He played in just five games due to a knee injury in 2024.

Horton lacks ideal size -- he weighed 190 pounds with hands under 9" at his pro day -- but he has legitimate speed, experience winning on a variety of routes in the passing game and return value (3 career punt return touchdowns).

At the NFL Scouting Combine, Horton ran the 40-yard dash in 4.41 seconds, hit 37.5" in the vertical leap and covered 10-6. He didn't do agility testing but still produced a Relative Athletic Score of 9.83 out of 10.0.

Horton was a team captain in both 2023 and 2024. He is currently the No. 105 overall player on the consensus big board, suggesting he's likely to be a third- or fourth-round pick.

The Packers have hosted a bunch of receivers on official visits, suggesting the position is one the team will target early in the 2025 NFL draft.
