Packers release tight end Graham as Titans let duo go

The Green Bay Packers have released Jimmy Graham, while Dion Lewis and Cameron Wake are no longer with the Tennessee Titans after the duo were let go on Thursday. Tight end Graham spent two seasons with the Packers, posting 100 receptions for 1,191 yards with five touchdowns in 34 games, including two outings in the playoffs. The 33-year-old, a five-time Pro Bowler, previously played for the New Orleans Saints and the Seattle Seahawks.
