It takes place in the early- mid 90s. Seen this movie today only real complaint it was way to long. But overall pretty entertaining and fun, true story I guess they showed the Raj mug shots at the end. Omg tons of hot chicks

I liked it. My only complaint was that Anthony Mackey and Rock's characters were a bit too weak looking in comparison to Wahlbergs.. and then they look nothing like the real life guys.

This movie sucked. It had potential but it's MW playing the same character in just about every movie. It had some funny dark comedy moments but the movie seriously felt like it was an hour too long.

I never thought I would see a Michael Bay film with pacing problems.

Same here, and I agree about The Rock. Fantastic job.

I was surprised to read how much of this film is actually real.

He was the ONLY highlight of the film IMO.
