My first trip to the bob was fun but parking was a nightmare. Anyone have a good idea on the best way to park? Maybe a park and ride to the game? I'm going again 10-2.

I plan on spending an extra 10 bucks to park somewhere relatively close. Usually one of the garages near Majerles.

If you feel safe leaving your car at a light rail parking spot, you might consider that. I don't know how backed up it is when the game ends.

I went to the game last Saturday and sprang $12 to park at indoor parking on 7th St. and Washington. At the end of the game, I got out pretty quickly. The entrance is on Washington west of 7th St.

Up until not too long ago, you could find a free spot past meter hours on Monroe Street about 4-6 blocks from Chase Field, but now the meters are 24-7.

There is also a garage south of the ballpark off 7th St. and connected by a walkway, but I prefer the one I mentioned on Washington.

12 dollars is worth a good out. That sounds good.

Thank you.

We usually just park on a street for free - out near the Film Bar, or a little more to the West. Roughly a mile away. Walk to BofA for some cash and buy some waters on our way to Chase Field. Done it for years.

7th St. and Washington was a great place to park. The game last night not so much. Still had a good time.

Thank you all for the advise.
