Password protected file question

HELP! I have 2 Word documents that are password protected...I can't for the life of me remember the passwords now. Is there anything I can do?

Am willing to include whoever helps me in my "hero" space in my sig line...

Do you have any idea how long your typical passwords are, if you would use common words, or if you'd include uppercase letters or numbers. I found one program that works but it is really slow. It could do seven characters (all lowercase) in about a day. There might be something better. I'll look tomorrow.

I have all the time in the world. It's just really important to me that I can (eventually) get back into these. Usually my passwords consist of 2 or 3 common words with some uppercase/numbers in them somewhere. (for example, a good one I used to use: knot4You I loved that one.) The chances of it being under 7 characters is fairly slim, but not impossible.

Any help you could give me would be very very very much appreciated.
