Patriots' Welker out, Moss to play (AP)

Wes Welker is missing his second straight game for the New England Patriots, but Randy Moss is expected to play. Welker was among the team's inactive players with a knee injury for Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons. Moss had been listed as questionable with a back injury. Welker and Moss each caught 12 passes in the season opener.
