Paul hits head, leaves on stretcher (AP)

New Orleans point guard Chris Paul was taken from the floor on a stretcher after suffering an apparent head injury during the third quarter Sunday night in the Hornets' game against Cleveland. Paul lost the ball driving into the lane and hit his forehead on the right shoulder of Cleveland guard Ramon Sessions.
