Joe Mama got this idea started by throwing out Byron Scott. I'd like to add

Isiah Thomas
Jason Kidd

Maybe we can come up with a really good list. It's not just people you don't like or are mad at, but ones whose miserable failures bring you particular joy. I really want to add Phil Jackson to the list, but unfortunately I can't honestly say that I've seen a lot of "miserable failures" from him, so I must reluctantly give him a pass.

The U of A football team, 2 and 8, and hopefully yet another miserable failure this year on November 26.

In terms of NBA hoops, I'll second Fortson and throw in the Bulls, since the worse they are, the better our pick is in a year or two.

Just curious, what do you have against Popovich?

Even though he coaches the Spurs, I have always found the guy classy and honest. Not only that, but in the last few years I have even begrudgingly given him the credit he has deserved for being a great coach and GM. I would love for him to coach Team USA, and I have built quite a lot of respect for the guy, which is amazing because I can't stand the Spurs.

WITHOUT A DOUBT - KARL MALONE!!!!!

And a little bit of me likes to watch KG fail -I don't know what it is - I just think he got too much hype way too soon - but he's been a monster for the last season and a half - I'll give him that.

You're the GM of the Spurs and you left coaching because you couldn't win a championship with David Robinson. You get lucky and draft Tim Duncan. You then fire the coach you helped hire so you can resume the position you left just when things are looking rosey.

Congratulations on getting a ring, but don't pine for my respect. Make sense?

OK fair enough.

Trust me I don't want to like the guy. I hate the Spurs. I hate Tim Duncan. I hate GINOBILI! I just have built up a helathy respect for Pop over the years, and was wondering why he was on your s#!t list.
