I love Wandy Rodriguez, but there's a guy that is best in an outdoor stadium in hot, humid weather. He's primarily a fastball/curve guy that relies heavily on location. OK, so do a lot of lefties. But if that curve's not working, he will get hammered. Especially when he has to throw that change, which is an awful pitch for him. He was toast the one time he pitched at Chase. I haven't looked, but I bet his numbers are awesome at Dodger Stadium.
Still, he's definitely a high quality lefty and if they can get him without giving away the farm, he's signed through 2014 I think. He would be an awesome No. 3 guy in this rotation.
EDIT: Just checked. He's signed through 2013 and his contract ain't a bargain. $10 million + $12 million for the remainder of his contract. That's an ouch. Also, you almost don't want to throw him out there in hitter's parks. Check out his splits.
