I don't agree with this practice of trying to get your starter through the 7th inning come hell or high water. If a player gives you 6 and his count is in the 90s you might have to pull him. I hope Archie bails him out but this is becoming a bad habit.

Noted. I tend to agree with you but the way Torey is handling this is working our well for the team.

That was a great play by Herrmann. Good job Archie to not let any of them score.

Man this team is fun to watch!

I think Archie got more work on deck wavin that bat sound with the donut than he would have got pitching the 8th inning.

Yeah, he's making great decisions most of the time. Pitch counts and pitching changes are very subjective. You ask 30 managers you get 30 different answers.

Stuck with the Phillies broadcast. Someone needs to shove a pastrami sandwich in John Kruk's mouth

Yeah to be honest I was kindof hoping it WAS fan interference because I feel like it wouldn't have hurt us beyond repair but the friggin fans need to learn that you cant do that!!!

So I'm a little foggy on the "fan interference" rule. If they had ruled they touched it, would he have been out?

I think it would have been called a single as when they touched it, where was the hitter on base maybe?

I think it would've been a ground rule double and would've cost us a run
