Inter Milan completed a third consecutive Serie A double over Atalanta with a comfortable 2-0 win at the Gewiss Stadium.

Carlos Augusto and Lautaro Martinez scored beyond halftime to end Inter’s four-game winless away league run.

More importantly, Simone Inzaghi’s charges steered four points clear of second-placed Napoli ahead of the international break.

Augusto netted his second header in the Nerazzurri shirt.

Interestingly, Hakan Calhanoglu assisted him on each occasion.

This time, he earned the ‘Man of the Match’ award.
