I live about 30 minutes from tucson now and am looking for a place there that recieves the Cardinals Home games. If anyone is aware of a place in our around tucson ( I am about 15 minutes from coolidge) It would be much appreciated. Perferably I Bar/Restaraunt that I can take the whole family too.

I used to live in North phoenix and on occasion would drive out to Ma's and Pa's or something like that just west of i17 on that highway that goes to Prescott (Valley) Highway 263 I believe.

One of these days I may be rich enough to pay for season tickets again but I'm not seeing it this year or next..:(

Can't you pull in the Tucson over-the-air stations from the Coolidge area? Or do they not bother to broadcast home games? (They are outside the blackout zone, right?)

Nowhere. From what I heard somewhere Tucson stations can be received in areas that are within the blackout range, therefore Tucson does not get them. Pretty stupid.

Tucson is blacked out for home games. There is the option of the 11 dollar bus ride and a 10 dollar scalped ticket to see them live though.

It is the Cardinal front office that made the decision to blackout Tucson not Fox or CBS. Bad PR move IMO,no wonder the Cowgirls are the team of choise here in The CatBox.

Where did you hear that? I'd be interested in talking with Jim about that, doesn't seem fair to us guys here in Tucson.

Last year I called KOLD and KMSB and they both said they tried to get the games on but it was up to the Cardinals.

I heard it was a league decision as Tucson stations broadcast within 90 miles of the stadium, ie Red Rock Piccacho etc.

Then why are games shown in Flagstaff and they use Phoenix stations? And I thought it was 75 mi radius for a blackout
