Based on voice, and just voice alone I'd have to say Carly Simon, although I believe that Christina Agularia deserves consideration as well.

She's my 2nd cousin, so maybe I'm a little biased.

She's a Tony award winning actress. Patti was the lead actress on Broadway in Les Miserables, Anything Goes, and she's world reknown for her performance as the lead in Evita.
