Do you think cheap Donald Sterling will match the Sun's offer for Q?

If the LA Clippers miss out on Kobe Bryant I'll be surprised if they don't match the offer on Richardson. I don't think I'll be disappointed either.

I think there is probably something in the contract keeping Sterling away from matching.

Or Richardson could pull an Odom on them or the Suns might offer a cheap compensation in a S&T since either Casey or Zarko are unlikely to get into the rotation next year.

Too bad I just started to like Casey and thought he might be ready for a breakout season.

I dont mind seeing Casey go. NOT Zarko, I "think" I saw some very good things in him last year.

Hahah, you sound like as if Casey were already gone! :D

I can think of an incentive that'd keep the cheap Clipps from matching. From the next season on, whenever the team total salary averages below the cap limit Q is to get the minimum of either the difference to the cap limit or 3 mil, in addition. It's potentially to inflate his contract by 15 mil.! The Suns want to win, with the Amare and JJ extensions looming on the horizon, they aren't gonna be under cap for a while.

Zarko looked excellent before his wrist got broken. I dont think the Suns are going to trade him as compensation for Q.
