Pop Up Blockers

I have a computer at work that runs Windows 2000 and there is no built in pop up blocker like XP or Vista.

I haven't had much problem with popups, but lately they are going nuts.

Any recommendations on what I can download to block these suckers? I tried an Adware (PCS-Safe) tool bar but that doesn't seem to help much.

Doesn't Internet Explorer, or Firefox come with these now?
