This debate over who we should take at number one has been very entertaining and sometimes downright vicious! I want to see who everyone is officially pounding the table for so we can look back in a few years and have a good laugh. No trade downs, just who you think will be the best player in this draft. Cut and dry! Put your name on it!!

My entry is, as most probably know.... QUINNEN WILLIAMS

Ed Oliver - I think this guy is gonna be a monster at the next level. Doesn't have the injury history of Bosa or the one year of production like William's.

Bosa or Q

Bosa is the safer pick.

Q could actually be more disruptive/provide more value from the middle.

Bosa has a significant injury history. That makes him a risk. Love the player, but is he going to be hurt often? Both his father and brother had/have the same concern.

Kyler 1st.
Bosa 2nd.

Kyler is straight up the best player in this draft at the most important position. Plus he is one of the most prolific dual threat dudes of the last 15 years to come out.

Bosa was the highest graded edge rusher ever in college by PFF. That still means something to me.

QW has motor issues IMO. And has to sit out way too many plays.
JA could be the next Khalil Mack but he is not a proven commodity yet. Cant take that gamble with Kyler or Bosa up there.

I have been pounding the table for Kyler since early January. He is my clear #1. Bosa is the sidepiece with a high floor.

my all-in, YOLO pick: Murray. Its a bet on the Cards being at the leading edge of offensive innovation, gives the offense and team instant identity, and, even if they lose more than win next year -- they will be fascinating to watch. its grabbing for high upside.

the safe, between the lines pick: Bosa. The defense becomes playoff level with lots of pieces for Vance to use.

why not Williams? If you dont go Murray, Bosa is safer and a quicker route to above average production. Nice to grab a guy that sure looks like you would have an upper tier pass rusher for the next 7-9 years.

Agreed...I can see that.

Bosa's best comp is his brother. He also reminds me of Ryan Kerrigan at worst...relentless and consistent.

There are plenty of Bosa's in the NFL (10 sack DE's).

There aren't many Quinnen Williams (elite play vs run and pass from DT position). That is why I value Q more.

I am still confident that KK's ability to develop Manziel, Mahomes, Mayfield, Webb, and Keenum is also going to work on Rosen. Think about how raw Mahomes was coming to Texas Tech. Rosen was much more talented/highly rated coming out of high school and seems to have all of the tools.

Gotta go Bosa, potential perennial 10 sack pass rusher who should be completely healed from his injury and would make a good pairing with Jones. If we trade down, Greedy Williams, Ed Oliver or Josh Allen.

Kyler Murray should be compared to Drew Brees but more athletic. We are going to be banging our head for years if we pass on him. Bump this and quote me in 2 years.

Or will consistently miss games.

The best ability to have is availability. It's the reason signing Jordan Hicks isnt a full on slam dunk. He was easily the best LB available in free agency, but hes been injured quite a bit so it lowered his value.

I don't think our pick at #33 will be that predictable, because we'll be inclined to draft a Top 32 player who drops down to us - & we won't know yet who that player (or players) will be.
