If only he was better at judging talent at the QB position. He didn't have many options other than Kolb & that trade would ultimately determine his future in Az. It did...dead man walking!

Not much better at judging running backs. Was watching last weeks game and couldn't believe the # of times our RBs cut the wrong way.

The other thing I noted was that a lot of our running plays rely on key blocks by the TE, usually Housler, who is as bad a blocker as Skelton and Lindley are QBs. That just doesn't make any sense. Why have your plays so dependent on a guy who obviously cannot make the blocks you are asking of him?
