I was just at this picnic for my church, I was just standing around, and then in the corner of my eye, I saw it. A magical site when you live in the Bay Area.....someone wearing a Diamondbacks hat! And even better, a D'backs polo shirt as well!
So I mosey on up to the guy, start talking to him, and it turns out he is a huge Dbacks fan (yes, I figured that) and we were talking about the team for a little while. I guess he lived in Phoenix before moving up here last Oct.
It was funny because there were three other people right next to us who were from Mesa and Gilbert.
The Arizonians are invading the Bay Area!
