Printer problem

My printers have started putting out pictures all in red. I have an HP all in one and a Canon photo printer and they both are doing the same thing.

Have changed the color ink cartridges and cleaned and calibrated but the results are still the same.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem.

Check the printer properties, to see if you are printing in all red.

Other than that, the printer ribbon may have gone bad. Is it under warranty?

I've checked the printer properties and even downloaded updated drivers. For some reason the blue and yellow ink is not getting to the paper. The test sheets come out in black and red only.

Strange but true. Both printers doing the same thing. Just a coincidence though because I brought the laptop home from work and got the same results. No blue or yellow.

Could only happen to a Cardinal fan. Both units printing in red only.

How do you have them hooked up? If you're using a print server for them, that is likely your problem. If you are using a print server, try taking one printer and plugging it directly into a PC and try to print that way.

If the problem is spread across your network, it's likely the problem is somewhere in a connection.
