OK, whenever I respond to an e-mail and try to edit the text that I have typed via "right-click", the "right-click" function gives me my signature, not the "cut/copy/paste" functions that the other programs do.

I am ready to punt this f-ing computer to China. Anyone know how to disable that f-ing "right-click signtaure" function & just have a normal right-click.

:bang: :computer:

George is getting very upset. George likes his Kung Pao spicy..

...also for this program now (the mb "updated software"), I can't copy the text of a message while I'm wiritng it. I'm right about to blow a gasket :soapbox:

You have to change the way Outlook edits, I set it to use Word...

Hold on and I'll try to remember how to do it.

No, I think you are exactly correct, Ryan. As you said, Outlook simulates Word or another program to write their emails.

opps, caps lock. thanks,.

Now it will only go to the sig if I am at the bottom of the message, instead of anywhere on the message. I can back off from the cliff now.

hi ho hi ho...off to home I go. Gonna go home, shower, change, & take the family to a friends house & drink massive amounts of Cap'n Morgan. That'll be the end of a poopy week.

thx peeps!

I know what that is like... When I got to this company, almost 2 years ago everyone had all of these odd ball mail programs... One was even some DOS program written in Basic 4... When I asked why they told me their IT guy could not get outlook or outlook express to work... they paid him $100.00 an hour with a 6 hour minimum call out... So they would not function for a few months until they had enough work for him to do... Computers are fairly new to this industry so they did not know any better...

It took me about 3 hours to get every computer functioning the same using Outlook...

I'm trying to convince them to throw Exchange in the garbage and let me install Groupwise.......maybe after I get that done I'll be able to lighten up. I'd rather be running Apache than this Blue stuff....this is total garbage.

Exchange is only as good as your Windows 2K3/AD structure. MSX 2K3 is very, very nice.

Maybe, like I said I don't really like Blue. I ran NDS and eDirectory for awhile and never had any problems. Maybe Blue is just too complex.
