No Talent Ass-Clown
Alright don't mean to beat a dead horse, especially since I am optimistic about the team next season and even this season with Reynolds, Upton, Drew, Parra, Roberts and Montero playing well as everyday players. But look at the production we have gotten this season from OF and 1B.
The Bad
1B Tony Clark 66 ABs, .182 AVG, 4 HR, 11 RBIs- CUT
1B Josh Whitesell 87 ABs, .195 AVG, 0 HR, 11 RBIs- Will be demoted
1B/OF Connor Jackson 99 ABs, .182 AVG, 1 HR, 14 RBIs- Coming back
1B Chad Tracy 191 ABs, .225 AVG, 5 HR, 31 RBIs- On Roster
OF Eric Byrnes 194 ABs, .216 AVG, 5 HR, 24 RBIs- DL thank GOD
OF Chris Young 307 ABs, .195 AVG, 7 HR, 28 RBIs- Can we cut him?
I like the new guys Parra, Romero, and Roberts because they are not up there swinging for the fences everytime. Maybe they don't drive in over 90 for a season, but they are on base causing the pitcher to throw from the stretch and scoring runs behind our Reynolds, Uptons, and Monteros.
We need this Allen kid to be a good 1B or sign someone who has been consistent and is not in their twilight.
I hope we make a Colorado Rockies type push.
