Promoters for Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. are trying to keep expectations low while they prepare for another round of negotiations for what could be the richest fight in boxing history. Pacquiao promoter Bob Arum says he'll soon start talking to Mayweather's camp about putting together the world's top two welterweights for a Nov.
