I wanted to congratulate you all on the win. Your team like ours, who didn't show up yesterday, is underrated and stringing together wins will start to change that perception. I attended the game and while we lost a close one it was still fun.

I would like to ask one thing from the fans that attend the games. Please act with dignity and respect during the game when fans of other teams are around. The Cards fans behind me yesterday were total asses and made myself and my wife feel very uncomfortable. Many of the extremely loud comments were directed in my direction due to the allegiance to my team. We are all fans of one team or another and that is what makes this game so great. If you ever want to sell out Sun Devil Stadium everyone should feel welcome there including the opposing fans.

Good game and good luck with the rest of your season.

Sorry that you had to deal with jerks. They are in every city. Good luck this season. We're pulling for you.

By the way Cards fans, if you go over to the the Bengals board you'll see that they are holding up their end of the bet. They're sporting Cardinals avatars.

Just in time for fall. The new line of Cardinal avatars is very striking.

Hey man....good karma to you & your team.

We had some Cincy fans sitting by us & we were joking back & forth about whose team was worse - with us saying it was the Cards & them saying Cincy.

From what I saw the fans of both teams were giving hi props to the opposing team - both teams have a less than stellar history & they sdhare our pain.

Sorry about the boneheads - we shouldn't be talking smack to someone like the Bengals - 9ers, Cowboys, Eagles, etc OK - but Lions, Bengals, Colts, etc I feel their pain!

This is how momentum starts. Now Bengals fans are getting the avatar mojo going--It's going to snowball us right into the playoffs! (I'm joking...I'm excited, not delusional).

Living in Virginia, I don't get to go to many games at SDS. Most of the games that I do go to are when the Cards are on an east coast trip, so I certainly agree with your comments.

However, I have spent a few games in the upper deck at SDS, surrounded by opposing fans, where I was treated by them much the same way as you described, in my home stadium. I've seen more fights in a half filled SDS than any other sporting event or concert I've ever been to. Whoever runs stadium security there does a very piss poor job of it, IMO. I have no doubt that it is another reason why fans stay away.

Good luck to your Bengals the rest of the way. I've always got a spot in my heart for the underdog.

Go Cards!!!

Anyone else think it was ironic that this game took place just after Halloween? I mean all those Bengals coaches and assistants wearing black and orange, looking like a pumpkin crew, couldn't have come at a better time. :D

Here's one of those boneheads. Have some class. Orange and Black are the colors of my team... big deal. I think their uni’s are the best in the league. I went there to see a game, not get heckled while I took a piss in the restroom. I certainly wouldn't do the same if the situation was reversed. I doubt I will be attending a Cards game again.

I hadn't planned on it, but I might drop a hint on my wife. Somehow, I don't think a 3 day vacation to Pittsburgh is her idea of a good time.

Are tickets even available? I thought they were very hard to come by?

I think he was commenting on the hideous color of the coaches shirts. They were all orange and a big eyesore.

However, the Bengals white on white uniforms are great in my opinion. The coaches should wear a white shirt with the orange and black trim.

I don't think that saying that the Coaches shirts are ugly makes one a bonehead.

YEs and yes. ASU runs the security and they do as little as possible.

Their attititude has been to make game days as miserable as they can get away with for both the players and fans.

The security guards in my section looked like they were 12 years old. I have no idea what kind of fights 5'7 125 pound zit-faced kids are supposed to break up.

They generally are. I had to overpay on Ebay to get my tix, but the Steelers are really sucking right now. My bet would be you could get some for cheap from a scalper.

Or, you can be #2 on my list. I have an extra ticket I'm giving up for around 50 bucks, which is much less than I payed for it. Another has a claim on it, but they don't know if they can make it.

Somehow, we managed to get the one jerk, trash talking, loud profanity, threatening to fight everyone around him Bengal fan right behind us.

I was pretty surprised that the biggest ***** fan I've seen in quite a while was a Bengals fan. Finally, the people he was with told him to shut the hell up because he was being a total ass. He toned it down some.
