The Oregonian is reporting that Pryzbilla is visiting Portland today and is the first center that the Blazers are bringing in to possibly backup Theo. The others that they are considering are Corie Blount and Robert Archibald, no mention of Stephen Hunter.

Also no progress is being reported with the agent for Darius Miles.

I think everyone knows my theory and I will continue to report on any information that will perpetuate it.

That's any information at all, right? That's usually the way it works with conspiracy theories -- every new piece of information somehow fits into the grand design.

The irony is that JP might get more minutes on the Blazers than the Suns if Lampe develops at all. JP might get more minutes than Stephania if Joel stays healthy. In any case, the Blazers have their MLE and their $1.6 exception, so they can certainly outbid the Suns if it comes to that.

Yep, here my thoughts, not that you care to hear them. The Suns gave "permission" to Portland to sign him. How's that for a conspiracy, I hope the league doesn't find out.

I hope Miles takes the qualifying offer so he can sign for the MLE with the Suns next year.

Thank God somebody said it. All this talk of getting a center and nobody is bothering to mention that we need at least 3 or 4 more swing men.

Especially ones whose games are based on athleticism and "potential," rather than ephemeral things like shooting.

Next year there might be no Joe Johnson or Shawn Marion maybe both gone.

Miles is also like 6'10 and can fill in at backup PF though he might need some more strength.

whats the fascination with Miles!? And why talk about if JJ and Marion aren't here... They are here. Build a team with what we've got.

I'd much rather JJ and Marion over Miles any day. Q and Miles... Thats too much of a Clippers vibe for me.
