Don't know about you, but we just can't get enough of TV's first family, the Kidds.
Flip through the channels over the next two weeks and you'll see them more often than no-money-down real estate commercials.
There's Jason, leading the New Jersey Nets in the NBA Finals. Cheering on his daddy is 4-year-old T.J., who's had more face time on TNT recently than Ernie Johnson. Seated next to T.J. is wife/mother Joumana, doing whatever it is she does.
The Kidds have come a long way since their days in Phoenix, when they appeared on billboards to peddle homes in the West Valley, then pleaded for their privacy during marital difficulties.
Today, Jason is on the cusp of his first title ring. Joumana is up for a sideline reporting gig on Monday Night Football. And T.J. has an assortment of endorsement offers, including toys and video games, according to his mother.
"We ask T.J. if he thinks that it would be fun," Joumana told Bloomberg News. "Right now, he has no interest. We take it day by day."
Or maybe he's just holding out for more cash.
The Kidds' opportunities don't end there. T.J. has two younger sisters, twins Miah and Jazelle. And Jason also has an 8-year-old son, Jason.
There's enough material here for a sitcom, or maybe a weekly reality show. The Osbournes can't last forever.
This writer needs a trout slap.
